Woman: That’s good, how’s the practice going?
Tony: Everything is going very well, thank you.
Woman: Awesome. And can you attribute any part of your success to what Number One On The List does for you?
Tony: Oh definitely yeah, since we started working together actually we see a huge difference in the number of the patients calling, checking our website and we’re doing a very good job actually in tracking how we get our patients to our practice and yeah let me tell you since we started I can say 75 percent they come in just from what Number One is doing through the website or the different social medias and other things.
Woman: Wow.
Tony: Yes.
Woman: And how about our customer service? How would you rate that?
Tony: Great, great, great. I can’t even forget that one time I had a problem like 9:30 p.m. or 10:00 p.m. I texted them and I talked to them and he solved the problem immediately and that was great actually. Very convenient.
